    With PM Modi in town to inaugurate Magenta line, Noida traffic to take massive hit: Roads to avoid

    PM Narendra Modi will be inaugurating  the Magenta line of the Delhi metro. As the inauguration ceremony draws closer, the NOIDA traffic police has issued advisory for the people who will travel  to or from Noida

    The advisory from the NOIDA traffic police is as follows:

    1. No vehicles will be allowed on the road  going from sector 38 Botanical Garden bus stand to Atta chowk. Citizens wishing to use this road are advised to take the right turn from sector 37 Shashi chowk and to go towards Nithari Hospital.

    2. No vehicular traffic will be allowed in sector 94, 124,125,126. Small vehicles wishing to take this road are advised to use the road under Mahamaya flyover. Heavy vehicles are advised to use the express way.

    3. Heavy vehicles will not be allowed between 7 am to 11 pm on following routes: DND/ Chilla/ Kalindi Kunj to NOIDA,  Sector 60 (elevated road) to MP-2 , FNG circle to Sector 71 and MP-3, Sector 71 to Hajipur underpass.

    4. People wanting to come from greater NOIDA to PM’s rally in sector 125 can take the cut at sector 92 and use the service road to come to the venue.

    The inauguration of Magenta line of the Delhi metro has become a politically charged event as Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has not been invited to the ceremony.
